What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run your Orbit workspace: account details (name, email), workspace settings, and the product events you choose to send us.
How we use it
Your data is used only to operate and improve your workspace. We never sell it, never share it with third parties for marketing, and never use it to train models for other customers.
Data residency
Workspaces can pin all storage and processing to the EU (Frankfurt) or US (Virginia).
Retention and deletion
Data is retained per your plan’s retention window. You can delete your workspace at any time, which permanently removes all associated data within 30 days.
